Finale software program notes
A number of buttons help in playing the music notes. It has the ability to read entire music sheets and play them immediately.

Repeat steps 11-12 for any other part(s) where you want the cue notes to appear.Finale Reader for Windows is a music application that can play music notes recorded on music files.To clear only this particular staff style, deselect the measure region and right-click the bar above the measures labeled with the corresponding staff style (both Staff > Show Staff Styles and Staff > Show Staff Style Names must be selected for this bar to appear). If there are multiple staff styles applied to the highlighted area, this command clears all staff styles in that region. The staff style is cleared in the part you are currently viewing. Choose Staff > Clear Staff Styles From > Part(s) Only.Choose Document > Edit Part and select a part where you want the cue notes to appear.The staff style is applied to the score and all linked parts. Choose Blank Notation with Rests: Layer 4 and click OK.The Apply Staff Style dialog box appears. Choose Staff > Apply Staff Style To > Score and Parts.Highlight the measure(s) in which the cue notes appear.Click OK and OK to return to the score.Under Apply To: Layer 4, select every item next to Show.The Alternate Notation dialog box appears. Next to Alternate Notation, click the Settings button.From the Available Styles drop-down menu, select Blank Notation with Rests: Layer 4.If you're not already viewing the score, choose Document > Edit Score.If you have entered cue notes in a linked part, you can hide them in the score or specific parts by using these steps. Select Small slash (rhythmic notation) and click OK.With the measure(s) still highlighted, choose Plug-ins > Note, Beam, and Rest Editing > Change Noteheads.Choose Plug-ins > Note, Beam, and Rest Editing > Single Pitch.Highlight the measure(s) in the slash notation staff with the new cue.Make any other changes required and click OK. From the Add Cue Notes to the Following Staves list, select your slash notation staff.Choose Plug-ins > Scoring and Arranging > Add Cue Notes.Highlight the measure(s) containing the cue you need in another staff.With the Selection tool, highlight the measure region that needs this notation right-click the region and choose your newly-defined style (named in step 3 above).Select Maestro from the Font list and click OK and OK.Under Independent Elements, select Notehead font and click the Select button next to it.Under Items to Display, click the Stem Settings button.Select Slash Notation, make sure Layer 1 is chosen in the Apply To: drop-down menu, and select Show: Notes under Other Layers.Under Appearance, select Alternate Notation and click the Settings button next to it.
